| Screw Burger |
 nag drive thru tayo sa kfc pasong tamo cor. vito cruz ext, makati branch
Cheesey Cake: the kfc crew didn't notice that there's a car waiting in the drive thru counter, their attention needs to be called
Cheesey Cake: we made the order for one wow burger and chicken fillet, both meals with iced tea drinks
Cheesey Cake: and wait for the slow processing of order..
Cheesey Cake: when the order came, 139 was the total price. i handed 140 and got a 1peso change
Cheesey Cake: we drove
Cheesey Cake: i drove while princess fed me fries and the chicken fillet
Cheesey Cake: -insert- pala i also asked for gravy, cause they didn't provide any ketchup or gravy for the fries
Cheesey Cake: i finished the chicken fillet followed by a kiss
Cheesey Cake: my princess started eating the wow burger
Cheesey Cake: when she was about to finish eating, she bit on something hard
Cheesey Cake: and found a screw inside the burger
Cheesey Cake: she could still taste the metal after removing it from her mouth
Cheesey Cake: wth is a screw doing inside the burger
Cheesey Cake: we wrapped the screw inside a tissue paper and didn't finish the burger
Cheesey Cake: and kept the receipt
Cheesey Cake: ayun done
My goodness... What the heck is a screw doin inside my burger?
We went back the next day to get their explanation on how this happened. And super thanks to Fran who composed my complaint letter and gave super effort to give the manager-in-charge a call. I owe you bigtime :)
Anyway they told us that they will be investigating on these (but I doubt really really have big doubts that they'll investigate this case).
They answered my email quite late also, and with no sincerity at all. The email I got feels like a template that has just been copied and paste then send. Who would ever believe they're really sorry???
PLUS, they didnt even bother to replace my burger nor gave the payment back.
