| My legs are sore due to the firedrill Rufino Tower scheduled.
After havin my EMG, I hafta go down by stairs 36 floors. Elevator is not allowed. Torture sa kin. My right arm felt weak and it felt weaker as I was goin down.
So after the whole firedrill, my whole body is sore.
My energy has been drained. Well it was also my choice to stay and not go home direcly after the EMG procedure. I'll be ok if I can have a Dark Mocha frap and a cheesecake :)
Guess what....
